Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — MK Herbals is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once your order has been scanned by the shipping carrier, MK Herbals is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or if it’s lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to help with any information needed to support your claim, but we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for issues outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of herbal products and for safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds unless a clear error was made on our end (such as receiving the wrong item).

If there’s a concern with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
